Crucifix
This cross carries a figure of the crucified Christ. LCMS guidance affirms its use as a reminder of Christ's saving death; Lutheran churches also use plain crosses.
Key points

Furniture positions, musical styles, use of rails, and frequency of Communion vary across Lutheran congregations.
- The worship leaders and Communion area are at the top of this study plan. The model's front is a viewing direction rather than a required compass orientation. Furniture positions and building plans vary by congregation. The drawing is schematic: object sizes, materials, decorative details, and exact coordinates are illustrative rather than surveyed measurements or denominational requirements.
