Praise is not invocation
If poets address heavens, waters, and the sun, second-person address alone cannot establish that a saint hears a request. Psalm 148 asks creation to praise; it does not request departed intercession.
Perspective note
The Orthodox response is presented affirmatively. Named Lutheran, Reformed, and ancient objections retain their own attribution; analytic questions are labeled as such.
