Hadith Problems and Controversies
A searchable index of 1,194 hadith references organized by the doctrinal, historical, and moral problems they raise. The original topical list was compiled by ShiaChai in his book; this atlas consolidates duplicate links and pairs each direct reference with the English text and metadata exposed by Sunnah.com.
Why it matters
Hadith citations are easy to detach from collection, chapter, chain, grading, and literary context. This library makes the original grouping discoverable while keeping the linked source and verification limits visible.
Perspective note
The imported source index used partisan and sometimes crude headings. Public topic names have been rewritten as independent issue labels; no imported heading should be treated as an argument or conclusion.
Key points
- Credit: ShiaChai's book supplied the topical hadith compilation used to build out this library.
- Search across curated issue labels, collections, references, narrators, chapters, grades, and English text.
- Duplicate URLs are consolidated while every imported topic association and page marker is retained for internal auditing.
- Direct source links remain the authority for live wording; the local snapshot records what was available when imported.
